We all know that email spam is annoying and time consuming. I'll be the first one to admit when I open my inbox and I find out of 500 emails 399 of them are spam it irritates me and puts me on a ranting binge. Today Bill Gates of Microsoft is endorsing legislation that would require unsolicited email senders to identify their messages with "ADV:" in the subject line.
