Web Site Design Matters when it comes to Internet Marketing

Tuesday July 8, 2003
In a new survey conducted by Genex it reveals that 65% of consumers do not shop from poorly designed web sites, while 30 percent say an inferior site can also keep them away from an offline store.

If you thought your online presence didn't matter when it came to marketing, think again. A web site should create a great customer experience. Think of it as walking your customer through the store. I firmly believe in offline and online marketing integration. Is it time for you to assess how well your web site is doing? Could the design be costing you sales and affecting your bottom line?

Join in on the Discussion: How do you integrate your offline and online marketing? Did you have an experience where your web site cost you a sale? Share your marketing tips and suggestions in the Marketing Forum. You can even post your web site url and ask for suggestions that could help you capture that next potential customer or client.
