I'm often amazed at the resemblance that sales and marketing have to dating. Being involved in both I've come to realize that there are similarities to the steps that you can take to succeed in both. The key is to not rush through the process. Treat your prospect special, as if they are the most important person to you. The beginning of a love affair per say.
