This is interesting. I just read this article (it is now 1:17 am 12/6…I’m a little behind). Apparently, Coremetrics knew my plan even before I did! Over the past few weeks I’ve been saving all my catalogs received through the mail. On Friday and Saturday I looked through them all and marked pages and pages of items. Sunday, while watching football, I went to catalog merchant websites and made their registers sing. Of course, being Sunday no one was available to “receive” or process my order, so really, all the processing – review, order, filling, payments, shipments, etc. – was done Monday, 12/4, making Coremetrics’ predictions right on target.
