Marketing Blog of the Week

I've returned to the office somewhat drained and lacking energy. When I feel this way it's very difficult for emails to grab my attention, let alone get me to take action. I know I'm not the only who is like this when they return to the office from a long weekend. What does this have to do with my blog pick of the week? The answer is easy.

I've been reading this blog for weeks and every time I scan his post I am energized and walk away with a tip that I can put to work today. While his blog isn't about motivation, his words motivate and inspire me to do better in writing for my audience and valuing their time. I think you'll feel the same way. This week my blog pick of the week is Brian Clark the Copyblogger. Although he's taking a break until the end of they year I'm sharing his blog with you because I believe you'll find many take aways in his archives.

I agree — Copyblogger is always a good read. He gives concise, specific tips on how to improve your writing, and communicate your message more effectively. I particularly his various series with useful topics like getting more blog subscribers and “Sure-Fire Headline Templates that Work”. Good stuff!
