I agree passion to help and benefit your customer is a powerful tool in sales.

I would like to add a second critical dimension to having passion. Having passion for the products you sell.

The way I teach salespeople in my training programs to gain passion for their product is through product knowledge. When you know the quality of your product you can sell with genuine passion and integrity.

Combining the two passions, to help your customers & for your products, is power sales tool. When you do this you create customers for life.
