I’m currently working on developing a direct mail piece for our Bath and Kitchen Showroom. This article has helped remind me that this is exactly what I need to do when creating this piece. We have a competitor that has just opened up a new store. Our Showroom offers alot more in specialized services and product knowledge, as opposed to this new store that wreaks of Home Depot. I could use some help/advice in building my piece. Thank you, CM

Cindy, what call of action are you using on your direct mail piece? Are you offering a discount? Are you offering free coffee and donuts when they visit the store? How are you enticing them to contact you?

I work at a market research company. We are re-doing our website and really have no usable marketing tools. The call to action that we have right now is Guiding you to Informed Decisions. What do you think about it?
