Referrals are the most powerful form of marketing that you can use and it's also the least expensive. The reason referrals are powerful because they come from a third-party that has first hand experience with the benefits of doing business with you.
Are you rewarding your customers for referring business to you? If not, perhaps it's time to rethink the value of your referrals and develop an incentive plan.

I am always happy to compensate anyone who helps our business.
