Cyber Monday sales increased 33% year over year, according to Ecommerce Times. The increase, which is credited to more traffic and higher average orders, brought in roughly $52.4 billion dollars for online retailers on Monday.

That's not the only day we saw record highs - on Black Friday alone, we saw over $800 million in online spending.  That's a 20% increase year-over-year.

How did you do?

If you have an online business, but did not see an increase in sales it may be time to evaluate the five levels that a consumer goes through when it comes to online buying.

Creating a successful online sales process can be accomplished by making sure that you represent and court your visitor through the five levels of the sales process on your site.
