Job Description:
A Media Director is responsible for managing the purchasing of print space in newspapers and magazines, and broadcast time on radio and television for the clients of the advertising agency. They use statistical models to determine the best media plan for the client, based on maximum media effectiveness for the client. They deal with media sales representatives and determine where to place ads based on the client's objectives and budgets.
Average Salary:
Average salary is $71,914. It's reported that more than 50% of Media Directors earn between $62,250 to $91,250.
Education/Experience Requirements:
A Bachelors degree with 5 years of field experience.
Personality Synopsis:
