The referenced young lady’s voice who was applying for the account coordinator position gave no reason as to why it was wrong, nor any details for correcting her “fault(s).”

Could you give some detail(s) as to why you thought her voice was wrong - was it the wording she used, the strong or weak tone or was it something to with volume?
