Job Description: A Public Relation Director develops and implements their company's overall strategic public relations programs. Programs may often include media relations, community relations, internal communications and investor relations. Directors usually report to a vice president and/or executive, and often have fiscal planning and budget management responsibilities.
Average Salary: Average salary is $104,837. It's reported that more than 50% of Public Relation Directors earn between $92,668 and $125,235.
Education/Experience Requirements: A Bachelors degree with at least 7 years of field experience.
